    Venues

  • The Robin R'n'B Club in Bilston near Wolverhampton is a favourite venue of ours.
  • The excellent Limelight Club in Crewe is run by Ray and his team. We love this venue!
  • The Sheldon Marquee is based at The Chestnut Tree in Birmingham. Keith is the boss, we've known him forever! Keith has loads of different bands on Thursdays and Saturdays....it's always a top night!
  • The Marr's Bar in Worcester is run by Brian Marr who always has a wonderful range of different stuff going on.
  • The Rose Theatre in Kidderminster is really a dramatic performance venue, but they are very good to us and allow us to put on a once a year Blues at Ten Special!
  • The Huntingdon Hall and Swan Theatre in Worcester is part of Worcester Arts, hosting all sorts of music, comedy and arts.
  • The Running Horse in Nottingham is managed by Barry and his crew, it's small...but perfectly formed!!
  • Tubby Blues Club in Cheltenham takes place on the first Friday of each month. This fantastic club is run by Mike "Tubby Blues". He created Tubby Blues Club to raise money for the renal unit of the Royal Gloucestershire Hospital, where Tubby himself was a patient. His love of blues music and his desire to help others has inspired him to set up the Tubby Blues Club with the aim to buy new equipment for the renal unit. It's always a great party night so get your tickets early...this always sells out!

  • The Ian Parker Band are just tremendous. We've supported Ian and his band a couple of times and had a great night! Go see these guys!
  • The piano player with Bonnie Raitt is a guy called Jon Cleary. If you get chance to go and see this man play on his own dont miss it! The site has some great video footage as well as audio clips
  • The man is a genius, it's just taking a little while for Peter Green's web site to be up and running.

  • Steve Strain's Shop in Worcester Music City has great stock, and always has Robert Cray on the CD Player!! (Steve ain't a bad drummer either!)
  • Rich and his team at Birmingham Drum Centre always do a great deal, have a wealth of knowledge of all things drum related and have the best stock in the known universe.........well recommended!!
